I ordered the hydrating mist and the hint of vanilla tallow balm ! Tried it after my shower and it feels SOO nice. If any of you know me personally, you know I have super sensitive skin and I've been really struggling with dryness/itchy, almost rashy patches on my hands. It flares up especially bad because I have to wash them all the time for work. Pulled out the fire cups for the first time in a long time. I tend to use the silicone cups when I'm cupping in conjunction with massage because they don't clink together and they're easier to slide and reposition in different areas. But there is an authenticity and novelty in fire cupping that you don't get with other forms. The goal/outcome is much the same. Remove oxygen from the cup, place on skin to pull body tissue into the cup, leave in place for 10-20 minutes, see red marks left (not bruises). Varying colors imply different things that would take a longer post. See a previous reel I made for cupping benefits & contraindications.
