Somewhere between a community worker, a barber, and a relentless grinder trying to build something real.
Is he slightly unhinged?

But the best barbers usually are. At Birch Craft Barbering in St. George, a pair of clippers is buzzing, a chair is spinning, and Tony is probably saying:
