May 1st is my 1 year anniversary for opening my salon! I am so blessed and grateful for such an amazing year even thru a chaotic year! I'm so happy to hear about more people getting out and traveling! Something fun and happy to talk about! I have missed hearing all the places clients go and adventures they have. I can't wait for more travel stories! We'll see if someone can beat my story!

I'm ready for the warmer weather already! Anyone else? Although color doesn't stay as well, the more it's exposed to the sun. There are products that have UVA & UVB in them to help with fading as quickly when your in the sun. This would be a must for Megan's beautiful red that was a lived in blonde when she came in. Reminder for ya: Revive Obsessed Color Bomb shampoo and conditioner does have UVA & UVB in them.

This is one of my happy places and I can't wait to get back behind the chair!

Ways to help your color last longer...

•Always use professional shampoo and conditioner
•Make sure its sulfate-free
•Clarify with clarifying shampoo before your service
•Don't use root cover sprays before service
•After colored, use a hair mask once a week or every other week to lock the color in

*Healthy hair accepts color better and last longer. By using a clarifying shampoo prior to your service it helps to remove build up that may make it harder for hair to accept color.

Star is growing her natural hair color out now, so I lifted her golden tones lighter and toned it. Now is all she needs to do is use her amazing f18 purple shampoo I introduced her to (that neutralize warmth) weekly and keep the brighter tone she's wanting for a flawless grow out.

I'm so grateful clients trust coming to my salon to get their hair done! There are a few that have stayed home as much as possible and 1 that colored her own hair with box dye... red. So I got the opportunity to do a color correction on her and I am so happy to get all the red out. Plus with her fine hair it gave her more body and texture. Revivehairsalonstg

I have come to the conclusion I love doing red colors! They are not one red fits all and they are all customized. We have done, blonde, brunette, rose gold, and now red on Ashley. She wears them all like a model! Its fun to create fun and different colors in her! Revive Hair Salon STG
