6 months married! I love you .s.machinist you’re the man of my dreams! 🤍

Hard to believe that it’s been a little over 5 months since the most special day of our lives 💕 time sure does fly and I’ve wished so often to be able to post these photos, but life has just been a lot lately! I’m hoping to share more of this beautiful day soon, but first things first - I have to show major love to the people who devoted their time and talent to making our day everything we ever dreamed of! Being a wedding hair and makeup artist for years connected me to some of the best in the business, and it was so special to get to hire them for my own special day.

🤍 Our photography team was none other than the immensely talented who made sure to capture our day in the most wonderful way. We were their last wedding they shot, and we are SO honored they chose us to close their photography chapter. They’re on to the next adventure and we are so happy for them! We feel lucky to also call them friends 🥹

🤍 I insisted on doing my own wedding hair, but was there to help me with those finishing touches and to make my bridesmaids hair beautiful! She’s always been such a support as my boss and my friend. It was a full circle moment to work on my wedding since for years we would work together on other brides! 💕 and a big thank you to as well for being there to style hair too!

🤍 Our cake was a delicious 3 tier masterpiece made by 👏🏻 she absolutely nailed the design and the flavors were perfect (pumpkin, coconut cream, and biscoff) 😋

🤍 There’s absolutely no way we could have pulled off our dream wedding without 🙌🏻 she always told me she’d be there for me when it was my turn, and she was. My advice to any bride would be to get yourselves someone that will look at you the way she did when she saw me in my dress for the first time on the wedding day…one of my most favorite memories captured in a photo! She made sure to handle what I couldn’t and was an excellent resource for anything we needed during the planning process! 👏🏻

Paul asked me to marry him on Sunday and of course I said yes yes yes! God’s timing is perfect and I couldn’t be more grateful💕💕💕

I’ve been very blessed to work on some of the most kind, beautiful, and fun brides/their loved ones over the past 6 years. Being a part of all your special days has been such an honor!
However, over the past year or so, I’ve started to take on a lot of stress with this part of my business, and with that, other responsibilities, and my normal client load at the salon, I’d gotten to a point where I finally had to realize that I needed take a break. Obviously this was a very tough decision, but I need to do what’s best for me so that I won’t fully burn out doing what I love!
So, for 2023 at least, I will be focusing solely on doing hair in the salon. I may get to this time next year and decide to take on brides again, but for now I’m taking a step back from it all.

Just thought it’d be good to have this post in case any brides looking for styling came across my page. Thank you to all my recent brides I’ve had, you have been amazing and have made this decision even harder but I know it’s what’s best. And here’s to my last couple of brides this year - I’m gonna go out strong! 💕💕💕

I like my skin with or without makeup, so when I do wear makeup I don’t want it to be caked. Thats why Seint is the best! In one layer all the little imperfections are blurred and dimension is added! 🙌🏻👏🏻
