How I Started

When I was 15 years old I asked my parents for a goat. Of course it took some convincing, but soon they let me buy my first goat! It didn't take long for me to have a whole herd. I love taking care of animals and learning new things, so I learned how to milk goats. As I was learning, milk would splash all over my hands and run down my arms! I noticed how soft my hands would be and how my eczema started to clear up. I started researching goat milk and the amazing properties it carries. The pH of goat milk is very similar to the pH of our skin, which reduces skin tension and allows for the vitamins and minerals to be absorbed into your skin. I began making lotions and creams, when my neighbors got their hands on my lotions they told me I needed to start selling it. Which is were Mookie’s Magic came in. Mookie is my favorite goat, don't tell the others.
