This year has been all about growth as an LMT. I first heard about massage competitions last year and I knew it was something I was going to do. Yes we compete against other LMTs, but it is about competition with yourself. Pushing my limits on creativity and innovation in my practice. Being a part of these championships has made me a better Massage Therapist. I am looking forward to my continuing growth in this art form.

What an honor to have been one of the participants of the first Utah Massage Championships! I met wonderful therapists, learned new skills and had fun the entire time.
