Today... I got some news... as I was coming in to get my stitch out. I was told my biopsy was normal... See i had a spot that was abnormal on my stomach. It began to get irritated and itchy. The doc asked how long have I had it... I told her 3 years... but it never bothered me... until March of this year. They did the biopsy and... it was Negative... thanks to all that prayed btw.... but the thing is... I got it checked... it was important to be aware and catch things early... it's not being a hypochondriac. That's an illness that affects the mind that makes you think you have something serious AFTER finding out you are healthy. So its ok to go to the doctor for preventative care... self Health on the 12th is a day to take time to examine your Body Mind and Soul... have a PeaceFull May...
