Here is a little intro of myself. My name is Choua Xiong. I am a licensed Permanent Makeup Artist located in Minnesota. I mainly focus on ombré brows and am looking forward to adding more services very soon, stay tune for it. My PMU hours are Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm.

I have a full time job that I enjoy very much. However, I also love making others feel confident and look beautiful which in turn is therapeutic for me. Outside of my full time job and being a part time PMU artist on the weekend, I also love to go fishing, working out with my husband, travel, and hanging out with close friends and families.
