This Bollywood session truly wouldn’t have been the same without these incredible ladies. I’m so proud of each of them for choosing a Bollywood theme and breathing life back into our generation’s memories, allowing them to shine once more ✨
You filled the space with joy, laughter, culture, and heart, it was truly something special to witness 💖. We weren’t just dancing; we were moving with purpose, building strength in both body and spirit 💪🌸
On one of the final songs, we dedicated a special dance walk to our favorite actresses, Chandni and Lohi. I’ll be sharing that video another day 🎬💃😊

Wow! What a privilege it was to be here hosting a Bollywood walking and dance class with these amazing ladies! They were absolutely incredible and so much fun to dance with. I truly had a great time, and I hope they enjoyed it just as much as I did. 🤗🩷
Sister Khou Yang, thank you so much for having me, you’re doing such an amazing job bringing everyone together! Hopefully next year I can join you all again.

After coming back from camp, it's time to reset and detox again.
My 14-day detox is usually my foundation for getting back on track, rebuilding my strength, refocusing on my goals, and maintaining my weight. I hope everyone has a routine or system they can return to whenever life gets busy and pulls them away from their normal regimen.
This has been my go-to routine for the past few years, and it has served me well. I actually started four days ago along with my workouts, so I'm committed to staying consistent and finishing strong over the next 14 days. 💪✨

This is the program I'm following for the next few days, and I'm currently on Day 4. So far, I'm loving it! I've done some of her workouts in the past, and they've always been great. This is just one of the programs I'm incorporating into my workouts this week.
