Red light helps you wake steadily, not suddenly.

Early morning red / near-infrared light gives the body a soft wake-up signal.

This is a product that I love and am an affiliate for. It has so many physiological benefits. It's easy to use, small yet powerful and has a low flicker rate. It was one of the few things that brought relief to my father's back pain when it was at its worst.
