Welcome to my page.

Here, I share my healing & Healer journey, experiences with Spirit Guides, and the insights I gain along the way.

I used to think I was an introvert.

I wouldn't start conversations with strangers unless they spoke to me first. I convinced myself that was just who I was. But it wasn't.

Not everyone gets the chance to discover themselves when they're young. Some of us spent our teens, and twenties working nonstop, carrying responsibilities too much for our age, and doing whatever it took to make it through the day.

For years, I lived on autopilot. Then, when life finally became stable, I started meeting the parts of myself I'd never had the chance to know. I found purpose in being a healer and spiritual mentor. But eventually, life pushed me into a different lesson.

Not to do more or become more. Just to live. So lately, that's what I've been doing.

I've been saying yes to new experiences. Starting conversations with strangers. Making new friends. Following my curiosity. Enjoying my hobbies. Letting myself have fun without needing it to serve a higher purpose.

A friend recently laughed and said, "You've become such a social butterfly for an introvert."

Maybe because I was never an introvert at all. I was just a person who spent so much of life surviving, staying quiet, staying safe.

Now, I’m living.

I no longer define myself by what I do for others. I no longer tie my purpose to a role or identity. My purpose is simple. To be here, be present. To experience life fully without fear and find joy in everything I do.

That's my why.

I want to share an experience, during a recent exercise where students read themselves without realizing it.

One student shared that certain parts of the reading resonated with her while other parts did not. This is very similar to what happens when doing readings for clients.

The student explained that she does not really like going out. However, she also shared that there are times when she thinks about going out, but she doesn't know who she would go with. Because of this, she chooses to stay home with her family.

There is nothing wrong with that. However, what we believe about ourselves is not always the complete story. It can be worth asking: Why don’t I like going out? If I were to go out, what would I do? Where would I go? What would I want to experience? Is that truly who I am, or is it a way of protecting myself?

💡Protecting myself from what?

It could be avoiding situations that feel unfamiliar. It could be fear of meeting new people, being disappointed or overwhelmed, not knowing what to say, concerns about making new friends, trusting others, being vulnerable, trying new hobbies, joining groups, or exploring interests outside of family, work and spiritual responsibilities.

Part of our role as readers is not only to validate what people already know about themselves, but also to help them consider perspectives they have not considered before. Sometimes it points to a blind spot, an unrecognized pattern, or an aspect of themselves that has not been consciously acknowledged.

If you don’t like something, why? If you don’t know what you would do, why? Have you truly explored all the possibilities and opportunities out there for you?

Sometimes the greatest limitations are not the circumstances around us, but the conclusions we have accepted about ourselves without ever questioning them. Growth begins when we are willing to look beyond its walls, questions things we think we know about ourselves, and allow ourselves to rediscover who we are.

Over the past few weeks, my students and I have learned a lot through these reading practice sessions, and I wanted to share a few things that stood out.

In some sessions, students noticed they couldn’t connect with certain clients or receive information. This can happen when a client, consciously or unconsciously is guarded during a reading, even if they agreed to participate. It might mean the person is just being cautious or not fully open to the process. Some people prefer to keep personal information private, which is understandable, especially if they are unfamiliar with how readings work or have heard negative stories.

This kind of guardedness can sometimes make it harder for a reader to receive clear information. In some cases, fear can also draw attention to the very things a person is trying to keep private.

It is important to know that readings are limited to what is available in the moment. We may receive visions, feelings, or certain themes, but it is not always immediately clear how they connect or what message is being conveyed. Like sensing when a loved one is upset or happy and not knowing why, certain things can still be picked up during a reading.

For example, one student had trouble connecting with a client who then asked whether she had asked permission from her guides before reading. She had not, but decided to try it with her next two clients and felt it helped. However, she had previously been able to connect with her earlier nine clients without doing so. I asked why she believed she suddenly needed permission, highlighting the importance of reflecting on personal experience before accepting beliefs from others….She wasn’t sure.

A key lesson from these sessions is learning to pause, reflect, and trust your own experience. Sometimes the connection feels strong, and other times a client may be more guarded, which can affect how much information comes through. Not every reading will feel the same, and not every connection will be equally open. This is why we practice. It allows us to test ideas for ourselves, see what works and what doesn't, and develop our beliefs through those direct experiences.

I am so grateful to everyone who participated and shared their feedback. Your involvement gives my students valuable hands-on experience, helping them build confidence, trust their abilities, and better understand how their guides communicate!

Many blessings to you all 🙏🏼

You may be holding on tightly to something, whether it's money, a relationship, a plan, or a situation that feels comfortable and familiar. You are being encouraged to step into your confidence and leadership instead of focusing only on keeping things the way they are. When you do, new opportunities, positive changes, and possibly a turning point in a relationship or dating situation can begin to appear.

Don't let fear of losing your sense of security stop you from growing. Take action instead of waiting for things to happen on their own. A positive change may be coming, but it is more likely to benefit those who are willing to step forward and make a move. What feels safe right now may not be where your next opportunity is waiting.

I once believed that marriage and having a child of my own would make me feel complete. I believed staying in an unhealthy relationship was the right thing to do for my daughter. I believed a good-paying job and a house of my own would define success. I believed being a spiritual healer and mentor would give my life purpose and meaning. I believed being able to read people would finally help me connect better. I believed that if I loved hard enough, stayed patient enough, and waited long enough, someone would eventually recognize my worth.

What I’ve learned instead is that I kept searching for things outside of myself to fill a part of me that was asking to be seen, valued, and loved by me first.

Real self love has very little to do with buying myself nice things and everything to do with becoming the person I needed. Doing the things that scared me. Challenged me. Pushed me beyond what felt comfortable. That’s what gave me confidence. Independence. Peace. Power. A genuine sense of self worth that brought lasting joy and meaning into my life.

Some of the things I once chased might truly fulfill other people, and there’s nothing wrong with that. But I realized I had been following a version of life influenced by society’s expectations because I didn’t know who I truly was. I kept reaching milestones that were supposed to make me happy, only to realize I still felt empty and alone inside. So I would move on to the next thing, hoping it would finally fill whatever was missing.

Now, as I release those beliefs and expectations, I’m no longer chasing a life I was taught to want. I’m creating one that feels authentic to me… a life where I am grateful for everything I currently have and have accomplished so far, and where the little girl in me finally feels safe to explore.

Sometimes the most life changing thing you can do is give yourself permission to want more for your life. Because you were never meant to spend your entire life becoming everything for everyone else while forgetting yourself in the process.

Right now, there may be too many choices or unclear desires and not all of them are worth your time. Some look exciting but lead nowhere. It is easy to get stuck thinking about every option instead of choosing one. Take a step back and decide what actually deserves your energy.

Things get clearer when you focus on what feels stable, real, and supportive. There is something solid and available to you right now that can bring a sense of security or happiness if you pay attention to it.

From there, you need to make a clear conscious choice. Pick what matches your values and what you truly want. The right option will feel steady and genuine. It will feel supportive, like something you can rely on. It might not be the most exciting choice, but it is the one that lasts.
