General information

empowris seeks qualified health and wellness providers that are capable of offering weight management coaching to local employees. It is free for a provider to be identified and listed as a qualified weight management program in the marketplace.

In order to join the network providers must:
- Be licensed and/or certified
- Be able to develop a monthly program that includes nutrition coaching, physical activity guidance and lifestyle/behavior change guidance
- Meet with individuals (in person) at least twice per month
