After each use soaking it with Baking Soda- gentle non-scratch Abrasive for stuck on residue. Vinegar- Neutralizes odors and removes greasy films. Dish soap cuts through grease.
A soap-making fail today. 😅
I put my goat milk & honey soap in the oven and got distracted. Twenty minutes later, I came back to an overheated, separated batch and oil everywhere!
Not every handmade product turns out perfectly, but every mistake is a lesson. That’s part of the journey of creating products from scratch.
Tomorrow we’ll see if this batch can be saved. Until then, here’s a reminder that even makers have off days. ❤️
