1. Absolutely NO sun exposure!! And you shouldn’t be using tanning beds anyway…!

2. Avoid exercise & sweating for 72 hours. Anything that’s going to heat up your skin…don’t do it!!

3. Wear & REAPPLY sunscreen! A chemical peel is a controlled damage to your skin, so you MUST protect it after!

4. Don’t pick at the peeling skin! And hold off on active ingredients & exfoliants for a few days.
