It is with great pride and a bit of sadness that I formally announce my retirement as a Redken Artist and Salon Professional.

For 18 years I have taught under the mantra.
A Dream...is A Goal...
is A Plan...
THE DREAM...began 30 years ago when I attended a class with this crazy hairstylist who had this funky idea about adding business and customer service to your salon skillset. This man inspired me to be a Salon Professional. Thank you Michael Cole!

THE GOAL...Be like Micheal Cole. Be a light for others to follow. Be a Redken Artist!

THE PLAN...education is the key to sucess. Be ready. Get all the education I could. And when the opportunity presented itself. I put aside my fear, ignored the naysayers and began living my dream. My world opened up! I became friends with my heros. I was changing the world of hairstylists, sometimes just one person at a time.
But ohh the joy that brought to my life! Sam Villa,
Kris Sorbie, Chris Baran,
Lori Zable,Nick Robinette,
Carolyn O'Connor Ann Mincey, Ryan Morgan. And hundreds more! So many people had a part in my journey! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

And now is the time for a new dream. I've worked out the plan. Set the goal in stone. And pushing through the fear to begin living my new dream!

Things are happening in my life. Both personally and professionally All good! Remember "A Dream..
is a A Goal... is a plan...!!!! I've lived one dream. I'm living my plan. Focused on my goal. And making new dreams come true!

Had a wonderful time in Altamonte Springs today! It's always exciting when you have a group that is interested and open for new things!
