Your cycle is an indicator of the rest of your health.
Pay attention to her whispers and you'll know how to take care of her. 🙏🏻

In TCM, healthy flow is about smooth movement — not force, not stagnation.

🩸Light < 6g, for lighter days or the beginning/end of your cycle
🩸 Regular 6g - 9g, for average flow days
🩸 Super 9g - 12g, for heavier days
🩸 Super Plus 12g - 15g, for very heavy flow
🩸 Ultra 15g - 18g, for extremely heavy days

The goal? To use the lowest absorbency that fully protects you for 4–8 hours.
**If it’s difficult to remove, it may be too absorbent for that day.

Support your body. Adjust as you go. Stay in conversation with your cycle.

We’ve been trained not to listen to one another.
Not to believe women.
To defend systems instead of each other.

If we had listened to women historically, there are entire horrors we never would have normalized. (You know what I am talking about and it’s not going to hang itself)

Division is profitable.
Connection is not.
Find your women, because there’s strength in numbers and resistance in community.

When it comes to fertility treatments, it's not just the ladies that can benefit.
Most of us know that acupuncture and bodywork can greatly help improve the lady's odds of falling pregnant, but many people aren't aware of the amazing fertility benefits that are just for the guys.
Cupping is a wonderful way to help improve blood flow to the reproductive organs. This helps to ensure that essential nutrients and oxygen are received by the te**es.
The increased flow can help to improve s***m health.
It can also help with addressing specific issues, like erectile dysfunction and inflammation in the ge***al tract.
And, of course, it's a fantastic way to help reduce stress and anxiety. As we know, high stress levels can interfere with hormone production and overall reproductive health.
You read that right, cupping may contribute to healthier s***m parameters, reduce oxidative stress, and support hormonal stability.
Let me know if you have any questions about how to talk to your partner about TCM fertility assistance. 🙏

The Role of Lung Meridian: The Lungs are linked to emotions like sadness and grief, which, if imbalanced, can affect overall health and, by extension, reproductive health. Lung 7 is used to calm the uterus.

⚠️ Please Note: This point is generally advised to be avoided during pregnancy because it is known to stimulate uterine activity.
