To all my wonderful clients. Due to inflation of product prices and yearly rent increase, my prices will increase by $5 per service starting 2/1/21.

After a long 6 weeks of being closed, I will be opening again on Monday, May 11th.

I have several weeks of clients to schedule, so please be patient with me as I reschedule clients in the order they were cancelled. I promise I will get you in as soon as possible.

If you have already rescheduled your appointment and it was not cancelled than that will be your next appointment.

I do have a waiting list so those clients will be scheduled accordingly.

I will be emailing the guidelines required for the salon so please be looking for that email.

Hello everyone!

As I’m sure you have heard by now, Governor DeSantis has slated May 11th as the date hair salons and other personal services may reopen for business.

While I am very excited to see you all again, I am currently waiting on official safety and sanitization procedures from Phenix Salon Suites.

As soon as I have official directives, I will be able to reschedule your appointments.

It looks like salons are not making the cut for phase 1 of the Governor’s re-opening plan. I’m so sorry. At this point I don’t know when phase 2 will roll out, so I’m not going to reschedule clients just yet. I will be doing week by week cancellations. As soon as I know when we’ll reopen I will let you know. This is frustrating for both of us, but thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 the decision has been made that Phenix Salon Suites will be temporarily closing as of Thursday the 26th at 5pm. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In light of the concerns regarding the Covid-19 virus, I wanted to let each of my clients know that I will still be open and working my regular hours. Also, wanted to let you know that I will be cleaning and sanitizing my suite before and after each client. I will have hand sanitizer available to use when you come in for your service.

Also, to set your mind at ease, a private suite is safer than being in a large salon around a lot of people you don't know.

Common areas of Phenix Salons Suites such as door handles and frames, are wiped down multiple times a day with sanitizing wipes and spray. Our bathrooms are sanitized, steam mopped and sprayed with a sanitizing spray.

If you feel that you may be sick please don't hesitate to reschedule your appointment. I would like to be as proactive as I can to help control the speed of this virus.

If anything changes with my schedule I will let everyone know ASAP.
