Why does a muscle look bigger when it’s sore?
💪🏼 Fiber contraction – the muscle becomes firm and appears thicker.
💪🏼 Increased tone – tightened fibers create a sense of volume.
💪🏼 Local blood and lymph stagnation – limited microcirculation temporarily increases the muscle.
The difference between the photos is only 30 minutes of massage.

Hi everyone 🤍
February wasn’t easy.
Honestly, since the beginning of the year there have been a lot of changes — both personal and professional. A move, traveling, continuing education, and adjusting to new routines.
Today was my last day at NPJ Sport Complex ❤️‍🩹It was a very comfortable place for me, where I met so many wonderful people and grew even closer to sports and wellness.I’m very thankful for this chapter 🙏
But there’s also good news — I’m working from home again. I’ve fully set up a cozy office where I’ll be happy to welcome you 🤍
All these changes and settling into a new routine were happening alongside work. Throughout February, all I wanted was to just lie down and do nothing — and apparently that wish came true, because I ended up being sick at home for almost a week.
I had to reschedule quite a few appointments, and I truly don’t like canceling or moving session. But I was met with so much support, care, and understanding — and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

And I’m really looking forward to seeing you in the new space — with renewed energy and new knowledge.
A special thank you to everyone who keeps “moving” with me each time. It means more than you know.
Thank you as well for all the birthday wishes and thoughtful gifts 🤍
Even as a self-employed professional, with clients like you, I truly feel like part of a big team
♥️♥️♥️

Happy New Year 2026 ✨
May this year be kind and generous to all of us.
Wishing everyone good health, bright moments, inspiring travels, and lots of joy. May all dreams find their way to coming true 🤍
Last year, I didn’t make any lists of goals — I added just one thing: I allowed myself to read. And honestly, it turned out pretty well for a full-time working mom 🙂
This year, I want to add one more habit — working out.
I’ll share the results in a year 😉
Take care of yourselves. Support your body, make it strong and resilient. Care for your soul, your inner state, and your inner balance — because that’s where the quality of our lives begins.
Thank you to each of you for being with me in 2025 and for staying with me in 2026 🤍
I truly appreciate you. ♥️♥️♥️
Love, Nana

I’m so behind on social media posts, but I just had to share this one! 😅
In October, I visited beautiful Ashland for the first time and attended a conference featuring Ruth Werner .pathologyqueen — author of A Massage Therapist’s Guide to Pathology. 📚
It was such an inspiring experience filled with new insights, connections, and a big reminder of how much I love learning. 💛
Huge thanks to for this opportunity — already looking forward to the next one! 🙌

Traveling is amazing… until back pain ruins it.
Many of us love soft, cozy hotel beds — but did you know they might be hurting your back?
First time in my life, I had experience was really soft mattress in hotel and horrible pain in my neck 😭

⠀ 🛏️ A mattress that’s too soft doesn’t support your spine properly, especially if you already have back issues.

🛌 Soft mattresses may lack sufficient support, causing your body to sink—especially at the hips or shoulders—which can throw off spinal alignment and potentially lead to back pain over time

🛌 According to spinal experts, soft surfaces can contribute to joint inflammation because they don’t allow for neutral alignment and may impair blood flow during sleep

⠀ 💆‍♂️ As a massage therapist, I often hear complaints after vacations: “I rested, but now my back hurts.”

⠀ 📍Tips for your trips:
Choose a medium-firm mattress if possible Add lumbar or knee support while sleeping And don’t skip your massage sessions 😉

Self-care isn’t just for home—it’s essential on the go, too. Even when you’re exploring the world, take care of the body that carries you through it.

Do you see the result?
Your favorite «Before / After»
Despite minor redness after the massage, we can see how the skin tone on the leg has evened out, and, most importantly, the skin texture has improved—small bumps and irregularities have disappeared, and the contour has become smoother due to reduced swelling.
An excellent result after the first massage session.
