Off to Los Angeles to take my manual lymphatic drainage certification class from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies! It's a 40 hour, 5 day class and I'm very excited to learn this technique! Stay tuned for more info about manual lymphatic drainage and when I'll be incorporating it into my service list!
