Our hearts are heavy after the loss of four iconic staples at the very core of downtown Salt Lake City’s nightlife and culture.

As barbers and stylists, we’ve had the privilege of introducing countless visitors to the best dining and hospitality our city has to offer. Whiskey Street, White Horse, London Belle, Los Tapatios, and their neighbors on the 300 block of Main Street have always been at the top of that list.

These are more than bars and restaurants. They’re irreplaceable gathering places where we’ve celebrated our wins, unwound after long days, and found comfort in hard times. When my own shop nearly burned down a year and a half ago, my family found solace in the dim glow of Whiskey Street over El Pepinos, House Old Fashioneds, and Short Rib Polenta Poutine while navigating how to put everything back together.

Now, roughly 200 of our neighbors are suddenly without work. We’re inspired by the way our city is rallying to support them, and we want to help in the best way we know how.
