Hello it’s been forever. Here is a cut and color I did on my best friend.

I am opening starting June 2nd. I’m so excited to see you all and to be able to do my craft again! There are going to be some guidelines in place to keep us and everyone else in the salon safe.
Firstly, you can be assured that I am going to implement the highest possible sanitation practices.
Secondly, I will ask that you take your temperature at home before coming for your appointment. If your temperature is above 100 degrees I will have to ask that we reschedule, and that you go see a healthcare professional.
As required by county regulations, both you and I must wear a mask for the duration of your entire service as well as the entirety of the time you spend in the building. I will also be wearing gloves through the duration of the service.
Please have a mask on prior to entering the building.
Unfortunately, because of the need to have masks on constantly, I won’t be able to offer beverages or snacks, and ask that you don’t eat or drink during your service.
Please wait in your car when you arrive and I will send you a message letting you know I am sanitized and ready for you!
When you enter the building wash your hands immediately.
In an effort to reduce the amount of people in the salon unfortunately, you cannot bring anyone with you to your appointment.
Please try your best to have a form of contactless payment, such as Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal (I can accept all) or credit/debit card. If cash is a necessity for you I will of course accept.
Please try to keep the amount of personal possessions you have on you low, such as phone, car keys, payment form. This will help to reduce the amount of foreign objects coming into contact with surfaces in the salon.
I will also be reducing the amount of clients I take in a day in order to keep up with the time that it takes to properly sanitize. So please be very patient with my schedule.

Thank you for working with me to ensure both our safety, it’s worth it to be able to see you all again, laugh with you, catch up and hear about everything you’ve been going through. I can’t explain how much I’ve missed you all! I am so excited to be able to give you beautiful hair and lashes again!

Some of you may have already heard that the Governor is pushing to reopen businesses and soften the Stay Safe, Stay Home directive. As I have interpreted it, the softening of this order would apply to salons and spas allowing them to reopen.

I am forced to make more difficult decisions about my business, safety, and my responsibility in this situation.

I will not be reopening my business in the month of May. Unfortunately, the way things are looking, in my opinion it’s still going to be too unsafe to resume services again.
As a stylist the amount of people I see in a day, and the proximity I have to be in to perform services is just too risky. I feel that I would be putting you all in danger by starting to perform services when things are still very uncertain.
I would love to get back to the salon and to my passion as soon as possible, and the only way to do that is by staying home for now.
I will be moving all appointments to June and I will be in touch with all of you to schedule and check in on how you’re doing. I miss you 💔

Really, really heartbroken about this. But I need to make the right choices and protect all of you, and the people I’m in daily contact with.
Any appointments that are already scheduled with me, we can reschedule for a month from now, and reevaluate when that time comes.
