Focus on building that muscle ladies! It’s worth so much more than you think!

Same exercise. Six years apart. A BIG difference in ex*****on. 💪🏼

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years is that progress doesn’t always come from doing MORE exercises. Sometimes it comes from learning how to do the same exercises BETTER.

Watch the difference between these two videos.

In the first, there’s very little glute engagement or intentional contraction. I’m basically just swinging my leg through the movement without really targeting the muscle I’m trying to grow. Lots of movement, but not much quality work!

Fast forward six years. My core is tight, my movement is controlled, and I’m actively squeezing my glutes throughout the exercise, allowing the glute contraction to control and stop the movement rather than relying on momentum.

THIS is why form matters so much!

It’s also why I constantly ask my coaching clients to send me videos of their exercises. I want to see HOW they’re moving so I can help them make corrections, improve muscle engagement, and maximize the results of their hard work.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference.

You don’t need new exercises every week. You need consistency, progressive overload, and the patience to master the movements you’re already doing.

Six years later, I’m still learning and refining.

Train with intention. Make every rep count. ❤️

It takes time but one day……

One of the strangest side effects I had in my last prep. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Best feeling EVER! Who else loves their “me time” at the gym as much as I do? 🙋‍♀️
