Tonsorial is a locally owned Upscale Boutique Barbershop located in the heart of the City Creek Center dedicated to complete the Bronxton Stores shopping experience with Cutting, shaving and Grooming services. We are always looking for talented, energetic, outgoing, creative, passionate, and determined individuals to join the BRONXTON family and grow with us.

Compensation:

Position is paid hourly or commission, plus great tips.

Our Barbers are, in essence, brand ambassadors. As the face of the BRONXTON brand your role is to ensure our customer experience is the absolute best. Our reputation is determined by this role, thus it is the most essential role in our organization.

Qualifications:

•18 years or older
•Approved background check •Passionate about providing an extraordinary customer experience
•Able to work mall retail hours; varied and flexible schedule including nights and weekends
•Ability to stand for 8 or more hours consecutively
•Ability to lift 20lbs
•Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
•Current, valid license to barber in the state of Utah through DOPL with 3+ years of working barber experience.

Job Requirements:

•Provide a positive and memorable customer experience
•Proactive suggestive styling, and product recommendations
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Exceptional customer service, selling and cleaning.
