Some hair and moments from before and after surgery.

Trusted my clients would be taken care of (they were and are — thank you, friends).
Trusted my doctor and team to make the right calls (they did, and were exceptional).
Trusted my body to heal (it’s amazing me every day).
Trusted that resting is productive (still working on that part).

Grateful for incredible in-laws, step-parents, family, friends, and a loving community around me. I’ve felt so cared for. Thank you for the notes, flowers from my tiny neighbor bestie, arrangements, DoorDash, donut deliveries from my good friends, thoughtful check-ins, and all the dinners. I’ve felt so loved and supported through every part of this process.

My birthday week was extra special. I planted a flower bed with my best friend and the sweetest little neighbors, had a pool day at my friend and client’s house, and a beautiful dinner at Urban Hill. One neighbor dropped off homemade sourdough bread (angel), and my Tía surprised me with the most gorgeous flowers and a handwritten note.

There was even a much-needed dance session with my longtime friends Trish and Kyle, and somehow a spontaneous backyard pool setup—just in time for the tiny summer window I get to enjoy it. 😞

I felt so loved and appreciated. Thank you for the kind notes, thoughtful gifts, and all the love that made me feel so seen and celebrated. 💛
