I know this is controversial and eyes are rolling hard.

I don’t charge my clients within the first two weeks for repairs because I have a clientele that pays good money for their nails, therefore they genuinely want to take care of them.

If my clients break or chip a nail, it’s because it was a true accident and honestly isn’t always their fault. Sh*t happens, and I can’t justify someone spending $75-$100 on their nails all to break one two days later jamming in in a drawer, having to find the time to come back in to get it fixed and then having to pay more money on top of that.

My business is where it is today because of the loyalty of my clients and their word of mouth referral’s. I truly believe something that sets me apart from others is the fact that I guarantee my services. I maybe do one repair every other week or so. That’s less than an hour of my time a month all to ensure that my clients are satisfied.

Again, you get what you pay for. While breaking or chipping a nail is rare, I want my clients knowing that the price they pay, ensures a quality service backed with a guarantee.

Exceptions to this rule:
If a client continues to break them and I can see that they pick them or that they are wearing them too long for their lifestyle, I will re-educate them on how to care for them or suggest a shorter length. If they disagree, I will tell them that I can no longer guarantee their nails because they either aren’t taking care of them or they are wearing them too long for their lifestyle. At this point, I let them know the cost of each repair or tell them that I may not be the best nail tech for them and refer them out.

Ok people, I said I’d share my embarrassing af heel photos so here you go.

I started using Solemate Heel Repair 2 weeks ago. Photo 1 was taken a week in (I forgot to take a photo when I started) and the second heel pic is a week later (yesterday).

This sh*t works!!! I got the duo that comes with the balm and moisturizing heel socks and even missed a night or two and I cannot believe the difference!

I have one heel balm left at $14. Of course they are sold out but I’ll be sure to post when I restock.

These products are vegan, cruelty free and made with clean and sustainable ingredients. I am obsessed and will be stocking the whole line in the near future!
