The biggest mistake I see in the industry and online. ^

I promise the results will come. Not all ingredients take time and not all ingredients are instant. Some ingredients can take 6-8 weeks.

Schedule treatments with a professional, buy the recommended home-care, see the results you desire.

A few simple ways to bring the glow back to your skin:

Use a gentle cleanser daily, exfoliate 1-2 times per week, apply Vitamin C in the morning, wear SPF every day, and use a nourishing facial oil or moisturizer at night.

You can also support your glow by staying consistent, drinking enough water, avoiding over-exfoliation, and giving your skin time to respond.

You don’t have to do everything at once. Just a few simple steps, done consistently, can help your skin look healthier, brighter, and more refreshed.

This has truly been the biggest shift that I have seen in the esthetics industry.

Progressive > Aggressive

And don’t get me wrong, there is still a time and place for more aggressive treatments. However, sometimes less is more.

Less aggressive treatments NOW could result in healthier glowing skin LATER (and longer, let’s be real)

6 reasons why your skin ages 👵

We shouldn’t be afraid of aging, but knowing what causes aging is great for helping preserve our skin.

Did any of these surprise you? Comment which one. ☀️

P.S. the best anti-aging product out there is your SPF 🫶🏼

A lot of people don’t usually know their true skin types.

Especially living in Utah’s dry climate, a lot of people think they have dry skin when it’s just dehydrated.

Some people think they have oily skin because their barrier is impaired and overproducing oil to compensate.

This is why skin analysis and expert consults can play a big role. We can treat your skin and analyze your skin to create a skincare routine that’s right for YOU and help you get the glowing and healthy skin you deserve.

Your vitamin C might not be failing you, it might just be the wrong form.

My recommended form of vitamin C is tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (THD Ascorbate), a stable, oil-soluble form that helps brighten skin, support collagen, and provide antioxidant protection without being quite as irritating as some traditional forms.

Sometimes the issue isn’t that your skin “can’t tolerate vitamin C.”

It simply may not love the version you’ve been using. Not all vitamin C is created equal (or stable).

Have you found a vitamin C serum your skin truly loves? ✨

Dry, tight, flaky, dull, irritated, makeup not sitting right…

A lot of people think they need more products when what they actually need is a healthier skin barrier and a treatment plan that makes sense for their skin.

Healthy skin isn’t about having a 12-step routine. It’s about using the right products, in the right order, for the right skin type.

If your skin feels dry no matter what you use, it might be time for a professional skin analysis.

✨ Book your facial and let’s create a plan that actually works for your skin.

The most common reason someone’s skincare isn’t working (in my experience)…

There’s too much advice. Skin-fluencers and estheticians alike.

There are people out there who swear by products that they’re just being paid to promote. Promoting products that might feel good but don’t really know the products true function. Or promoting products solely because it’s trending.

There are also a LOT of estheticians who are also sharing advice and product recommendations. With an educated background, they’re definitely more reliable.

However, every esthetician has different recommendations based on their education. Without a proper skin consultation, it’s not possible to recommend a product that is right for you and your specific skin.

Your environment, your job, your lifestyle, your diet, your current routine, your skin type and condition all play a factor into finding products that are right for YOU.

If your skincare isn’t working, reach out to an esthetician and stop with the guesswork. We can guide you to beautiful and healthy skin. ✨
