Before you start using magnesium, there are a few things you should know. ✨

It doesn’t work right away and depending on the person, it can take up to 30 minutes to absorb into the blood stream.

I rub it on my feet and legs before bed, give myself a few minutes to unwind, and when I’m consistent with it, I notice a difference in how peacefully I sleep.

Another thing, a slight tingling sensation can be normal when using magnesium. That’s one reason I formulated my magnesium cream to be extra moisturizing compared to many magnesium sprays.

Just a simple habit that’s become part of my nighttime routine. 🌙. Highly recommend if you’re having sleep troubles.
