As for me, 3 1/2 years post transplant, my kidney is working perfectly.🙏

Forever grateful to his donor Uriel, a young man that checked the donor box on his drivers license, and to his selfless mother that listed Adan as a direct recipient.

Adan life was changed by his kidney failure 5 years ago... And miraculously changed again a year ago when we received a call in the middle of the night for an opportunity to get the transplant.

The memories made in the past year are priceless... Like walking his daughter down the aisle at her wedding... Having the ability to travel to Colorado to visit his younger daughter and this time actually remember the memories made.... Being able to take care of his wife during the chemotherapy process.

He continues to work hard and help others in anything he can.

Thank you sooooo much all the friends, family, and strangers that kept him in your prayers.
