Morning sunrises in Bogota, Colombia began around 5:30am- and it’s ALWAYS 50-51F. The cool crisp air envelopes my skin, my brain is jumping for joy 🤩 as I 🏃 run down the streets around bicycles, motor scooters and other fellow runners 🏃‍♀️.
And since it’s Sunday, many CYCLOVIA LANES are open for the pedestrians to go enjoy the outdoors from 7am-2pm. Living my Best Life, with gratitude for all my blessings and also for the ones that come each day. God bless YOU!

Running, eating and discovering Bogota, Colombia, one street at a time. Why do I travel to Colombia 🇨🇴? -weather: yearlong 40-70s,
partly sunny, cloudy, windy days = no SWEATING 🥵. -Food tastes real, pure chocolate 🍫, delicious foods that make your taste buds GO: “wow, that’s amazing” food should be that way and it’s good for your body. -Safety in being outdoors, at 5am or at night, act like a regular and life is good. 👍. -Everyone speaks so kindly/helpful. -Walking, walking, walking 🚶 and more walking, my feet take me places. -I don’t gain WEIGHT; I eat, 😝 eat 😚and eat 🤪, desserts every day, yet no weight gain. MAYBE 🤔 because I walk everywhere, unlike driving in the 🇺🇸 -The people in Colombia are nice, welcoming and welcoming. -LIFE IS SHORT, Live the Best Life Each day, because one day you will Die and wished you could have explored the world 🌎
