New sets & fills always get a lash bath before we start application. This helps drastically with retention! A clean base is the best base.

I do my part to make sure you have great retention but as a client you need to make sure you are also doing your part! This mean washing your lashes with lash shampoo 2x a day minimum, not applying mascara, no picking, etc. :)
