This week tested me in ways I didn’t expect.
When I walked into the shop and saw the mess, I didn’t know how I was going to fix it… but I wasn’t alone.
From my dad putting in OT,
to my husband dealing with my emotional rollercoaster, and cleaning up powering through a late
to my best friend opening her shop to me,
to my clients showing love, prayers, and even donating…
I felt every bit of that support.
Chendos Chair is more than a business.
It’s family. It’s community. It’s love.

When I walked in and saw the damage, I didn’t know where to start.
Yesterday my dad showed up at 8AM and worked until 7:30PM repairing the walls, fixing cracks, and helping me put my business back together.
He didn’t complain once. Just worked.
That’s the kind of man he is.
To everyone who has sent messages, prayers, Cash App support, and offered help — thank you from the bottom of my heart. This situation was unexpected, but the support has reminded me why I love what I do and who I do it for.
We’re getting back up, and we’re not going anywhere.

Quick update! This video was from yesterday, but I’ll be working out of in Cibolo today and tomorrow, and I’m so thankful she opened her doors to me while I get everything situated.

Walked into the shop this morning to a mess… here’s what happened
Never thought I’d be making a post like this, but here we are.
When I came into the shop this morning, I was shocked to see the mess. A main water line for the complex broke and caused a lot of damage inside my space. After talking with insurance, I found out my policy only covers liability if someone gets hurt, not property damage, so the repairs are coming straight out of pocket.
Owning a small business means you take the hits and keep going, and that’s exactly what I’m doing, but this one definitely came out of nowhere. I’m working to get everything cleaned up and back to normal as fast as I can.
A few people have already asked if there’s a way to help, so I’ll put this out there. If anyone wants to contribute while I get the shop fixed, it would mean more than you know — but even just continuing to support the shop, booking appointments, or sharing this message helps a lot too.
