Iโve been BUSY but salads have been it for me. The past two days Iโve also eaten a shrimp ceviche. Keeping it light ๐ค.

Lunch and dinner ๐ซก.Tuna lettuce ๐ฅฌ wrap and used the leftover tuna with a salad ๐ฅ. Quick snack after the salad was a peach . Iโll keep posting I know Iโm motivating someone out there ๐ช๐ฝ

It was a quick late breakfast today .. thereโs cheese in my spinach with turkey sausage. Something light and quick .

Right now Iโm on a 10 day abs and ๐ challenge ๐๐ฝ. Once Iโm done Iโll be posting videos and adding in what Iโve learned from the challenge. Iโm sore ๐ซ But itโs a good sore Iโm sweating the belly and tightening the butt and thighs . Get ready queens ๐

Breakfastโฆ. ๐๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ egg whites w/spinach and pico de gallo. Avocado, mango and carrots with a little hummus. Fueling the body ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝFULL couldnโt even eat the carrots ๐ฌ๐คฃ๐ช๐ฝ.

Dinner time ๐ช๐ฝ๐๐ฝ. I used orange pepper , smoked paprika, onion and garlic powder on my chicken breast. Air fried 20mins . It was delicious. I have black beans in there too ๐

Watermelon, strawberries and fresh mint . Breaking a fast . I donโt have anything before 11 or 12 and NOT on purpose I just realized that I was doing it . I feed my kids and changing diapers before I know it itโs 11 or 12. So between that time and 8 I eat . What I need more of is water ๐ฆ ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ฌ. Iโm trying lol. Watermelon ๐ is giving me water right ? ๐คฃ๐คฃ
