First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our valued guests and loyal customers for your unwavering support over the past four years. When we opened Prose Riverwalk, our mission was simple: to provide a welcoming, safe space for the community to receive high-quality nail care services. Since then, we’ve worked tirelessly to create a thriving environment, collaborating with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations—ranging from women’s groups to LGBTQ+ and children’s organizations—in the hope of fostering creativity, education, and nail health.

Unfortunately, we find ourselves at a crossroads. As many of you know, we have been struggling with ongoing HVAC issues since the early days of our opening. What began just two months after we opened in 2020 has continued to disrupt the comfort of our guests and staff. Despite our best efforts to resolve this, the extreme temperatures inside the store, caused by the dysfunction of the HVAC system, have made it increasingly difficult to maintain a stable and comfortable environment.

We are committed to remaining open and providing the same exceptional services you’ve come to expect. However, the current conditions at the Frost Tower have made it nearly impossible to do so consistently. Frequent closures due to temperature extremes are severely impacting our ability to operate, which in turn affects our revenue and, more importantly, the livelihood of our staff.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these temporary closures, especially for our employees who rely on this job to support their families and for our loyal customers who trust us for a safe, clean environment for nail care. We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to address these challenges and keep Prose Riverwalk open for business as long as possible.

Thank you again for your continued support, understanding, and patience during this challenging time. We truly appreciate each and every one of you, and we remain hopeful that we will find a resolution soon.
