I Know it's been a while since you've heard from me or seen me post on this page! Over the past few months I have been working hard and building out a new space at a new location.

As many of you know I own Come and Take It Crossfit & we moved to a brand new location so of course I had a brand new suite built there! (don't worry I'm one exit down)

•this year I am working really hard to make my availability & booking more accessible to my clients! so bear with me as I charter into unfamiliar territories with my new online booking system lol 🥴🙌🏼 i do still have to approve all appts but i am hoping this will help my clients be able to book quicker!

this will be available to all my CURRENT clients all new clients will need to contact me in order to book as I need to go through a detailed consult prior to booking!
