I use a Swedish base so it's very relaxing and specific modalities/techniques required for problem areas. I specialize in chronic pain management, stress relief, fibromyalgia, sciatica issues, low back pain, and relaxation massage therapy using gentle techniques. I also incorporate hot towels, essential oils, spa sounds, water feature, and fireplace for ambiance.
