As we're heading into our super busy season, I wanted to touch base about our schedule and appointments. Life's unpredictable, I get it, so if you need to change your appointment, just let me know as soon as you can. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, it might mean we can't do everything we planned, or we might even have to reschedule.
🗓Also, my evenings and weekends are booked for the rest of the year (doesn't hurt to get on the cancellation call list)
So, if you have to cancel last minute, it's tough, but we'll probably need to push your next appointment into next year. We've got lots of clients eager to snag a spot!

Vivid Hair Studio is at a new location! 20302 Bulverde Rd. We will be ready May 1st. Same friendly faces! New location!
Sorry if you've been trying to get a hold me since yesterday afternoon. Verizon is having issues. If you called Monica, please be patient. I'm not sure what's going on and am trying to figure that out today.
