Let’s talk pools & spray tans! 💦

All the chemicals in pools don’t do well with spray tans, it strips the tans and causes it to be uneven. 🫣

Now we all know that’s not gonna stop us from cooling down, so let’s take the necessary steps to prevent it from becoming worse than it needs to be. 🌊

Step 1. Book your appointment 2 days before any water, insuring your tan is completely developed. 👙

Step 2. Use spray tan safe sunscreen. Always lotion based, aerosol can contain too much alcohol which is drying and no good for a spray tan. My favorite spray tan safe sunscreen is sunbum! Sunscreen acts like a barrier on the skin to pool water and keeps skin hydrated. 🧴

Step 3. Utilize those outdoor showers and get pool water off your skin timely! And of course hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! 🚿
