✨This is the week of intention setting✨
At the closure of every year, I reflect on the peaks and pits. I check in on the goals I set for myself. What can I improve on? What am I proud of? Who am I this year versus the end of the previous year? After checking in, I have a moment of self-appreciation BEFORE setting new goals. Because the areas of my life that need more attention are not failures, they are opportunities for growth🤎
I’d love to hear how others plan for the new year! Do you set goals? Do a year in review? Get drunk and wake up covered in glitter (me circa 2015-2019😅)

The vibe was immaculate at our holiday party 🎄✨ I’m so proud of all the growth we’ve made as both a team and as individuals! Couldn’t dream of a better team🖤

Thank you all for contributing to our toy drive! Today we dropped all the presents at for all the kids spending their holidays in the hospital. This is especially close to my heart as my beautiful god daughter spent her first Christmas in the hospital having surgery on her skull for craniosynostosis. The presents will be distributed to the kids by Santa and the siblings will also get a gift! Beaming with love and pride for my injectionista community. You all never cease to amaze and inspire me🖤

A little refresher in time for the holidays! Tear trough and lips were done by me two years ago. She retained the filler until recently! This is a perfect example of how everyone metabolizes filler at a different rate. If your filler looks good at 6-9 months, DO NOT GET MORE! Adding additional volume may lead to migration, deformities or an overfilled look. Once your results begin to visibly diminish, it’s time to book💋
