✨ Holiday Season Policy ✨
As we head into the busy holiday season, I kindly ask all clients to help keep appointments running smoothly. My schedule is fully booked, often back-to-back with no breaks, so staying on time is essential.

Please read the updated policies below:

🔹 Book the Correct Service
Please schedule only the service you intend to receive.
Example: Do not book a root touch-up and come in wanting only a haircut. Accurate booking ensures enough time for your service and keeps the day running smoothly for everyone.

🔹 Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a late fee.
Please avoid arriving 30 minutes late to a 1-hour appointment, as this affects all following clients and may require rescheduling and will result in a fee.

🔹 No-Show / On-Time Expectations
No-shows and last-minute changes disrupt the schedule, especially during this busy season. Please respect appointment times so I can continue providing quality service to each of you.

I got really sick this past weekend and I sincerely apologize to my amazing clients I had to cancel on last minute.
