Facing The Inevitable
Okay soreness, tightness; under-use= weakness, over-use= injury, things to consider. If you are not actually doing some kind of strength building workout, think about it this way you are going to have some soreness and stiffness from not working out. You will have some soreness from working out too but it will lead you to strength building results. Choose your condition. Make it your passion when you find what's right for you, inspire others around you.

I tried this because of some discomfort in my shoulder. I knew it had to do with my existing posture which wasn't horrible. My experience is that , to think of it more as a posture awareness tool. With that in mind, it can be worn tight enough so when you let your posture awareness down you feel the strap against the front of your arm, midline to the deltoid. When your posture is correct the straps are at a comfortable position. The straps are a comfortable reminder self trainer tool.
I really like it and would use it for neck, shoulder or arm pain I would even give it a try for chronic headaches, even small imbalances can be uncomfortable. There is no need to overuse it, use it according to directions. What is more important is to make routine use of it, be consistent and persistent.
