What if today you prepare a rich Tascalate, the drink of love! It is said that after the arrival of the Spaniards it was the most appropriate drink for the conquest of the loved one. We teach you how to prepare it! You need: 6 tortillas, 2 L of water, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder, ¼ bar of achiote and 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Prepare: In a comal toast all your tortillas without browning or burning and liquefy them without adding water. In a bowl place the ground tortillas, cocoa, achiote and cinnamon. Add 8 to 10 tbsps. of this mixture to 2 L of water with ice.

We leave you another recipe with cayenne pepper! Prepare some delicious chocolate truffles. You need 500g of semi-bitter chocolate, 250g of whipping cream, 100g of cocoa powder and ½ tsp of cayenne pepper. Prepare: First cut the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a large bowl. Then boil the cream to beat and add it to the chocolate, with the help of a balloon obtain a homogeneous mixture, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. In a tray, place the cocoa with the pinch of cayenne pepper. Form the truffles with the help of a spoon and place them on the tray, then shake the tray gently to give the final touch to the truffles.

Let’s prepare Béchamel sauce! You need: 90g of butter, 90g of flour, 1 L of milk, 1 tsp of ground nutmeg, salt and pepper. Prepare: Melt the butter in a pot over low heat, once melted add the flour and stir with a balloon until you get a homogeneous mixture. In another pot heat the milk without letting it boil, this is the secret of the recipe. Add all the liter of hot milk to the pot containing the flour and butter mixture. Do not stop stirring for at least 5 more minutes, it will begin to thicken. Now it's time to season the sauce with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Ready, you will have a delicious Béchamel sauce without lumps! Serve with chicken, fish, macaroni or lasagna.

Would you like to prepare an Arabic style coffee? We show you how! You need: Ground cardamom, sugar and coffee of your choice. Prepare: In a small well place 1 ½ cups of water, add 1 to 2 tbsps. of sugar and ½ to 1 tbsp. of ground cardamom, heat this mixture and stir a little with a spoon. Prepare a delicious Minestrone soup today! 🛒 You need: 100g of bacon, 2 cups of vegetable stock, 2 tomatoes, 3 carrots, 2 trunks of celery, 2 tbsps. of chopped onion, 1 tbsp. of chopped garlic, 3 tbsps. of spinach, 1 can of bayo beans, ½ kg of green beans, 3 zucchinis, 1 tbsp. concentrated tomato puree, 50g of short pasta (elbows), 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp black pepper and salt. 👩‍🍳 Prepare: Disinfect and cut all the vegetables in squares, reserve. Drizzle the garlic with olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper; let it rest a few minutes, this will give a special touch to the dish. In a brown pot cook the bacon until it’s brown, reserve. In the same pot add the onion, garlic, celery, vegetable broth, carrot, bay leaves, basil, thyme, and the concentrated tomato puree. Bring to a boil, cover and wait about 10 min. Add zucchinis, green beans and pasta; season with pepper and a touch of salt. Cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes or until the pasta is soft. Add the spinach, bayo beans and parsley for 3 minutes until the spinach softens. Now your soup is ready, do not forget to add the bacon at the time of serving!
