Today marks 1 year since my shoulder surgery. It has definitely been a crazy road but am feeling almost 100%. I just want to thank my customers who have stuck by me thru all of this and continue to support me and my business. You will never know how much it means to me.

It's been a while since I made a update. It's been 7 months since my surgery. I'm finally doing better to no pain. I just want to thank all my customers who have stuck by me and continue to stick by me and my business. I just wanna tell you, I really appreciate you guys as customers and as my friends.

Been back to work 1 month now. Yes I will be part time till at least the end of January. Just wanted to thank all my amazing customers for being so patient with me, and my great friends at work who have helped with my customers. Please get online and book your appointments part time hours book up fast.

A little early but had my 6 week check up today, and x-ray looks amazing so I was allowed out of my sling which feels very weird since I been in it for 23 hours a day for last 6 weeks. Onto phase 2, which is 3x a week therapy at home and 2x a week at office. We're moving along, can't wait to be able to lift my arm...

Books are open for November. I am trying to come back nov 12, Please be patient as I am coming back part time. I really appreciate everyone with all there thoughts, text and phone calls. 3 wk update. Feeling much better. Had my first Dr. Appt this week and saw the pics. Whoa... well 3 more weeks in this sling. I start physical therapy on Oct 22. For those asking why I am waiting so long, I had a complete tear of the rotator cuff, my bicep was in my elbow, they had to cut my labrum and shave my shoulder and shoulder blade. So it's got to heal alot before therapy. Once again thank you guys for all your thoughts and prayers.

1 week post surgery. Still in alot of pain but hoping it gets better next week
