currently on the bus up to NorCal on a mission.
just so happened to bump into my dearly beloved Sunshine (the nameless ranger), Of course he'd be the one trying to open the busroom bathroom door without knocking first.

We got to have three hours of celestial conversation, and now I continue on the mission, solo.

two months or so ago, Laura, one of the beautiful bachelorettes above reached out to me, wondering if I was interested in leading a private yoga practice for the bachelorettes while they were in San Diego celebrating.

To lead a yoga practice -- THE practice of union -- in celebration of Katelyn and Kieran's union?!

Is that even a question?
Of course I said, I'd be honored!

so two Saturdays ago we started our day in flow at Balboa, sitting, breathing, uniting.

I can never express enough gratitude for this practice, and the honor it is to move with consciousness (to the best of our ability) toward union.

Keep going.

That being said, I would love to continue holding classes such as this, intimate groups with impeccable intentions.
