LATE MORNING PICK ME UPS:
- MOVEMENT: I usually use this time to stretch my ankles, wrists, neck, and bring awareness to the areas of my body that can easily be tuned out.
- BREATHWORK: inhale 4 counts through the nose, hold for 2 counts, exhale 6 counts through the mouth. Increased oxygen levels to the muscle tissue and brain will literally make you feel like you can accomplish anyyything.
- MUSIC: Music drives Motivation, throw on that song that gets you amped and excited for anything and everything (mine is Nice for What- By Drake)
- GIVE: Send someone you love a text or a call to check in or just to let them know you love them. It’s a win/win, they feel good, and you feel good for making someone feel good and being authentic.
