Meet your physician provider! 👋 Dr. Shirley Jiang is a board certified Internal Medicine physician. Before starting Refresh & Renew MD, Dr. Shirley worked as an attending hospitalist at two large medical centers in New York City before moving to San Diego to be near her family.

In San Diego, Dr. Shirley worked as a primary care physician at Kaiser and as a physician provider at a skincare company, before pursuing her passion for all things health, wellness, and skin!

Dr. Shirley started Refresh & Renew MD so she could focus on her passion for helping patients feel their best through health and wellness. Watching many of her patients and close family members struggle with their weight fuels her desire to help those on their weight journey reach their goals. She also knows the importance of healthy skin on both mental AND physical health!

In her free time, Dr. Shirley enjoys running (she is currently training for the New York City marathon), going to the beach with her 5 year old son, and volunteering with her husband at youth charities in San Diego. Dr. Shirley can't wait to help you on your journey to achieve your health and wellness goals!
