Hi! I’d thought I’d share some of my creative favorites from my gorgeous hair models I’ve gotten to work with.
Here’s a little back ground on me 😅
Before owning a salon I worked with Jpms , (Paul Mitchell) for 12 years. Most of that time I was an educator for them. I never worked in the Paul Mitchell schools, I would go to salons and teach stylists some cool advanced education. It was my job to inspire you and also you get you pumped about our products and purchase whatever color I was using. Luckily I didn’t have to actually do sales. Just make it look good. I loved that job and it made being behind the chair at the salon fun because I got to play two roles. A traveling educator and be with my loyal guests at the salon I worked at from ages 19-29 (whoa, that’s a long time).
As I was approaching 30 I decided to adventure on my own with some friends to the suite life. We opened . It’s still there and thriving today with my two OG business partners.
I enjoyed the suite life but I wanted more. I wanted something that made an impact and did more than just serve as a salon to get your hair done. I wanted to join the movement of salon and have a zero carbon foot print, offer ammonia free hair color and set some very charitable roots in a community.
I did that. And I will always look back on it with love. Hell, when my son is like “mom you’re embarrassing me can you go home?” I’ll be opening another salon no doubt.

Ezra , my son, is very likely the only child I will have . I want to be present with him and the truth is , I couldn’t do that and run my business on my own. I also wasn’t in the position to gain a business partner or hire on salon management . Letting it go feels right .
Don’t get me wrong , all day I’m day dreaming of what is next. Practicing not jumping the gun( my biggest redirect right now is letting things happen and not forcing them). I’m inspired to grow my craft now that I have the time, to take more pics and actually spend the quality time with my guests with no one to pull me away! I love all that my career has given me and I have been able to do so freaking much. Thanks for reading 🥰

Feeling likes it’s fall finally!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently aug 24 is the day releases the pumpkin spice , so we’re jumping on the train and forcing fall on all of you 🤣🧡

Without destroying your locks:

Here We like to go to the pool for “team building”😂
Our secret is using and getting a day pass for our local hotels pools. It’s so nice! Here’s another not-so-secret: chlorine sucks! Literally it will suck the color out of your hair ! And dry it out. But we still enjoy a dip and here’s how!

💡 Wet your hair before you get in the water. You can use a spray bottle filled with tap water or use the showers at the pool!
Your hair is like a sponge 🧽. If you go out with dry hair you’ll absorb the chlorine water, wet hair won’t take on so much!
💡Rinse your hair before leaving the pool . we tend to go grab a snack with friends or run errands after a fun pool day, dont let that chlorine sit in there , rinse it out right away! And wash it and condition it when you get home;)
