Activated Charcoal is becoming a trend but I absolutely understand why. I became a fan myself and look out for ways to incorporate it into my daily self care ritual.

Being aware of the damage it also can cause to teeth if not used with caution. Too much of anything isn’t good…RIGHT.

Activated Charcoal in my opinion should be used when trying to maintain.I’m not a dentist but once you’ve achieved your results take a break. Lookout for something a little more gentle like charcoal infused toothbrush and floss.
