A Barber Cosmo has been in service for 39 years, providing barbering, cosmetology, and trichology services in the greater Sacramento area.
Our owner, David DeMille, has provided the local Sacramento community with a variety of educational services over the years. He was a teacher at the California Barbering & Cosmetology Apprenticeship school; a post-secondary Educator of Cosmetology and Barbering at Federico Beauty Institute; and an Adjunct Professor of Cosmetology at Sacramento City College.
