Scorpion Percussion Quality stick, but note that it is heavier than the 7A sticks made by other companies. The ball tip is a bit larger than ball tips on other sticks and the Scorpion tip provides great definition on ride cymbals. I'm using the 16.5" on rock gigs and may test out this stick in a 16" length for jazz.
