Tiny hands wrapped right around my heart ♥️

There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my babies.

And on my darkest days, I look at those chubby little fingers, their little fingernails, the knuckle dimples… and I realize how much I truly have.

I have everything.

Always.

Because my babies need a healthy mom.
Because my babies need a happy mom.
A regulated mom.
A present mom.
A mom who loves herself.
A mom who speaks highly and in admiration of her body, no matter what it looks like in this current season - because it made, carried, and nourished her favorite people.

So this is me, not letting postpartum win.
This is me in PPD therapy, healing.
This is me getting out of the house for walks.
